Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using MIDILIVE, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree, the app should not be used.

2. Scope

MIDILIVE is an application focused on live music performance, project organization, SoundFont loading, MIDI usage and simple instrument control.

3. Account and access

In the current flow, MIDILIVE may work without account creation. Paid features may depend on authentication and validation from the device store.

4. Permitted use

  • use the app for personal, artistic, educational or professional purposes;
  • import SoundFont files for which the user has legal usage rights;
  • configure compatible MIDI devices on the user's own device.

5. Prohibited use

  • use the app to violate third-party copyrights;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, purchase flows or technical protections;
  • distribute modified versions of the app as if they were official.

6. Plans and purchases

MIDILIVE may offer a free plan with functional limitations and a PRO plan with extended features. Pricing, availability and purchase conditions depend on the store used for distribution.

7. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for the compatibility of their device, the imported files, connected MIDI accessories and the use of the app in live performances.

8. Availability and warranty

The app is provided as available. Although the goal is stable and practical operation, there is no guarantee of uninterrupted behavior on every hardware setup, controller or third-party file.

9. Intellectual property

The MIDILIVE brand, product interface and official app materials remain protected under applicable law. Files imported by the user remain the responsibility of whoever provides them.

10. Changes and termination

These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after an update represents acceptance of the current version.
