Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 10, 2026.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how MIDILIVE handles data while offering live music performance features on Android and iOS devices.
2. Data handled by the app
MIDILIVE was designed to operate mainly with local storage. The app may handle the following data on the device itself:
- projects created by the user;
- instruments, presets, MIDI channels and mixer settings;
- SoundFont files imported by the user;
- Free or PRO plan status and basic purchase information restored by the store;
- connection status with USB MIDI or Bluetooth Low Energy devices.
3. Purchases and store
Paid MIDILIVE features may use the device store infrastructure, such as Google Play Billing or the App Store. Payment processing and purchase validation follow the policies of the responsible store.
4. Bluetooth and MIDI
The app may request Bluetooth and MIDI-related permissions to locate, connect and use compatible controllers. These permissions are used to enable the app's core musical function.
5. Local storage
Projects, settings and references to imported files are stored locally on the device. The user is responsible for the files imported into the app and for their availability on the device.
6. Data sharing
MIDILIVE was not designed to sell user personal data. The app also does not depend on cloud synchronization to work in the current flow.
7. Security
Reasonable measures are adopted to preserve the integrity of local data and app operation. Even so, no software can guarantee absolute security.
8. User rights
Since the main data stays on the device itself, the user can delete projects, remove imported files and uninstall the app at any time.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, legal requirements or platform integrations.
10. Contact
If you publish MIDILIVE with an official support channel, add the contact details in this section before public distribution.
